I've just heard that Keith Calton has ended the contract with the Canadian builder, apparently due to the poor customer service.

You know, I actually had Keith intervene and I ordered one in late February...after 16 weeks and almost no replies to occasional inquiries, I had it cancelled through my credit card. Good for Keith--I hope his next contract is with someone that wants to do business and understands customer service.
