Have you checked out any of the chord/tab sites like chordie or ultimate-guitar, yet?

Search on youtube, search "whatever song" and add "cover" or "how to" and a lot of stuff should come up!

Check out this forum on the Mumford And Sons Site. It's got Winter Winds Which is the one I was looking for myself), Banjolin Song, Awake My Soul, and The Cave. Winter Winds is the only one I have really fooled with (as a novice mandolin player it was the easiest to learn.) Hope this helps you out.
