Major banjo is correct. Similarly, the violins of Guarneri "del Gesu" would have never been important without Paganini playing one. NO ONE cared about his violins for 100 years after his death. But once Paganini toured the known world with his "Cannon" then you see that EVERY French violin maker started making copies of that violin. ZERO!!
