There's something fishy in those scales, but it's not very tasty.
I don't mean to sound catty, but you need to practice more.

Yes, yes...Grey Poupon!
Is this the name of said cat, could it be?
Surely tis better than Old Deuteronomy!
And this elegent score, so perfect, so pure
Moves me in my feline ways--I shall hurl
And I will entertain any double entendre
quip, repartee, or onomatopoeia
But pee ya, I shan't, for banjo skins and catgut strings
Are not a few of my favorite things..

"Cat Scan"...........it's obvious!
Play that song that the big birdies wrote about me! You know, the one that goes like:

your Lion Eyes..."

"I know you strive to be as authentic as possible when playing period music, but those strings better not be catgut."

Cat...The banjo of the animal kingdom...
His name is Monet, and he's baroque....
From the Lifestyle Section
New York, NY: "Cats...Everything on their terms", the latest full orchestra composition by Avant Garde American composer Philip Glass might be considered unusual even for Glass. To be properly performed, a domestic, short-haired cat must be precisely positioned on the sheet music of each musician in the orchestra for the piece's entire 90 minutes, so as to display only the notes necessary to play the piece. As a result, at the piece's premiere at Carnegie Hall last weekend, a cat wrangler was assigned to each musician in the Philharmonic. Amazingly, the performance went off with neither hitch nor cat fight, and the capacity audience responded quite positively to the performance. Neither Glass, nor the pictured feline, were available for comment at press time. An encore performance with The Boston Pops is scheduled for mid-August.

Thank God your not playing violin...
