Default Nice Art in Boone, NC Sandwich Shop

Ate in a local joint yesterday after ASU Orientation. I go to hit the head, and right above me is a large framed pencil drawing of an F-5 in action. I read the caption and it's David Grisman's hands! (and durn sure looked like them). I then look around the deli and see all sorts of similar drawings, by the same artist - Doc, Dan Crary, Jack Lawrence, others. The series was titled Hands of Music. I may become the owner of that Grisman piece, it was well done.

What's the artist's name? I'd like to see if they have any pieces online.
"Ancora lmparo", said Michelangelo when he was in his 80's (I am still learning)

I think that same set hangs on the walls at the Lucky Otter in Asheville.
    Looks like charcoal sketches?

What shop was this in Boone? I'll be up there for a week in August and am always looking for good local eating places.
    Thanks.

I'm going to Boone soon(ish), I'd love to check it out.

Nice art. I notice that Emmylou Harris has two capos on her guitar. Wonder why?

I can think of a couple of reasons: one, for a quick change to the next song in the set list; two, if you cover all but the bass E string with your (Shubb style) capo positioned 2 frets above another capo (the lower capo is across all 6 strings) you have a "dropped D" tuning in a different key. It looks like both capos in the print go across all the strings, though, so I'd stick with the first guess for this particular situation.

Yeah, I saw that, Evan. Resembled the shot of Pete on the cover of the Muleskinner LP.

I've got two of them. The Doc Watson and the Peter Rowan hanging in Office/Music room. The one I really want is the picture of the mandolin neck from the player's perspective... and the Tony Rice... and the Emmylou Harris......
