Very nice! Who is the maker? It looks like those violin pegs have internal gears. I like the look of that with the violin scroll.
Interesting... it looks like the maker used a Washburn tailpiece. What kind of strings do you have on it? Also, the rosette looks fantastic. Do you have any closeups of that?

Looks nice, but the craftsmanship is beautiful. Lots of heart and hours in this instrument.
Very nice! Interesting sound hole design, I like how it has layers that recede into the body.
Wow! Crazy beautiful.

Well, well, you are in for some fun. Thanks for the post.
hello ... your colleagues, the mandolin is my inspiration and construction! Be the first to fabricate and surely I will make but also in the future ... I hope after your kind words! Soon you will hear sound and ... The tailpiece is actually an old Washburn. I placed the clipboard until build his own.
Just to be clear....are you saying you built this mandolin?
Mr. Stavrakakis:
Are you the same person mentioned in this posting?
And here:I share your view on Stelios's record. He is a great musician (and also a great luthier), and this record is very good. He was our guest in the Mandopolis Festival 2007, played with a great mandolinist from Creta called Mihalis Stavrakakis.
On July 7th, Cretan music with Mihalis Stavrakakis, the best mandolin player from Creta. With Stelios Petrakis on lyra and lute, and Pericles Papapetropoulos on bulgari.
