Thread: Bulldog mandolins

    Default Bulldog mandolins

Just took delivery of my first Bulldog mandolin. I got the Econo A style and it is a piece of art. Elegant simplicity is the best way to sum it up. Great sound too!!! I'll be picking up a Econo F style as soon as funds permit. Barry and Sabine are great people too. On our first meeting, I felt like I've know them forever. So, I've got a great mandolin and new friends. Life is good.

For you folks that dont know Bobby, he is one of the worlds top custom knife makers , and knife thrower . His is a top notch artisan, and a heck of a nice guy. He and his wife made us feel like friends instantly, when we delivered his mando yesterday. Check out his website if yall have the chance. I saw a few knives at his shop I would love to own.

I'm sure Barry has a much better pic than I could take. We'll see what we can do.

That's what I keep telling the folks around where I live (Georgia). Everyone asks what kind of bulldog she is. Her name is Sadie Mae Dinkins and she's pretty shy. I had a hard time getting her to pose for the pic. I doubt that she would ever let me record a video.

Also, I wasn't poking fun at Barry or trying to make lite of his skills. Just trying to add a little humor in.
