Grizzly Tools? buyer beware
Grievances, personal and corporate: The Cafe discussion board is intended to be a nurturing community. While it is fair game discussing vendor corporate policies, malevolent harassment of individual employees, including posting names, email address, or any other personal contact information will not be tolerated. For example, a concern about a manufacturer's warranty policy or a reseller's return policy is permissible. Using the board to malign or leverage personal advantage in a conflict is strictly forbidden. Though intent or motivation are not always provable, the moderators reserve full right in deeming whether or not comments made are consistent with policy, and may take action to edit, delete, or when necessary, revoke posting privileges.

Everybody is entitled to make a mistake or two along the way. It appears that they did make an attempt to resolve the problem, so why the bash? Was it their slow response that made you angry? Sorry just seemed a little harsh to me . This isnt the place for that.

Wow. I'm shocked. My experience with quality and service with Grizzly has been great, but I'm not a professional craftsman. Let us know how you make out. I find it hard to believe that Grizzly would allow this to happen, especially in this economy. I would think that the president of the company would make this right.

Re: Grizzly Tools? buyer beware
I certainly agree that everyone makes mistakes, but as I explained in my original post it was the totality of it all. Damaged items sent, pieces missing, defective pieces and no one calling me back. Most of all when someone screws up honestly is always the best response. How do you argue with that?
I disagree this isn't the place for critique. Someone else may be able to make a better choice regarding a future purchase.

Please review the Posting Guidelines before this goes any farther. For a first post you're off to a dubvious start. A quick Google shows you've posted this same message on several musician websites. This doesn't work here.
