Everybody is entitled to make a mistake or two along the way. It appears that they did make an attempt to resolve the problem, so why the bash? Was it their slow response that made you angry? Sorry just seemed a little harsh to me . This isnt the place for that.

Wow. I'm shocked. My experience with quality and service with Grizzly has been great, but I'm not a professional craftsman. Let us know how you make out. I find it hard to believe that Grizzly would allow this to happen, especially in this economy. I would think that the president of the company would make this right.

I certainly agree that everyone makes mistakes, but as I explained in my original post it was the totality of it all. Damaged items sent, pieces missing, defective pieces and no one calling me back. Most of all when someone screws up honestly is always the best response. How do you argue with that?

I disagree this isn't the place for critique. Someone else may be able to make a better choice regarding a future purchase.

Please review the Posting Guidelines before this goes any farther. For a first post you're off to a dubvious start. A quick Google shows you've posted this same message on several musician websites. This doesn't work here.
