Re: St James Infirmary
There's a great version in G in std. notation, w/chords and lyrics in The Blues Fakebook (p.28). The editor is Woody Mann and it was published by Oak Publications. Here's the chords for this great 8-bar blues piece.
EmB7 Em AmC7 B7 EmB7 Em(Am) C7B7 Em
I find that the barre chords are the way to go with this particular piece. Good luck, and have fun!

Re: St James Infirmary
If you go to Google Books there is a limited preview of a book called something like Gypsy, Swing and Hot Club for mandolin. One of the pages available for preview has a tabbed version of that tune with chord diagrams.

There are many versions of that old tune. Which do you want?

Re: St James Infirmary
I am not sure what version I am looking for, just one that will sound bluesy on the mandolin. I have been working on the St. Louis Blues. I thank everyone for thier responses and will check into the blues fakebook.
