Default LR Baggs Venue vs. PADI

If this has been discussed, can someone send me the link. If not, I would be interested in hearing a report or two. My experience has been very positive with the Venue. It may be the perfect thing.

I've had both, and would recommend both. The Venue, which I'm currently using, has mucho features. Its price put me off at first, but considering you get a great direct box, on stage tuner that is easy to see from a distance and an adjustable volume boost for leads, the price isn't so bad. The clincher for me was the fact that when you hit the tune floor button, the signal to the amp cuts. This allows me to change instrument seamlessly and quietly. I bought a electric adapter so I wouldn't go through 9 volts. I love my venue, and highly recommend it.

Will the venue run off phantom power?

Guess :It uses a generic Wall Wart for Efx pedals, then... not included but pretty standard..

    Radio shack Has a 'battery eliminator' a 9v wall wart, [ac 110 to dc 9v transformer/rectifier ]
with a snap plug like the batteries use , rather than a round coax plug.

could save batteries on PADI's too , when no mixer with Phantom is available.
