    Default Fingertips

    This morning it is pouring rain and being retired I stayed in the house and just played my mandolin. I have been playing for about seven years and today for some reason while playing scales I concentrated on using my fingertips. I always knew that I should but I just never did it. Wow. What a difference. I found that I did not have to put as much pressure on the strings, I got better tone, better everything. I will never forget it again.
