Nifty. I'm interested in reading the book, but I'm not comfortable yet with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Ning platform. This makes me reluctant to join. Maybe later...

I understand your reluctance about the terms, but it doesn't seem to do anything weird or dangerous. I am on several Ning sites and have not noticed any odd activity...
