    Hi everybody;

    Reading latest MKelly model web page; http://www.michaelkellyguitars.com/mandolins/legacyo/
    I founded that they recommend some accesories at the end of the page, and an "armored feather" among them. What is an armored feather, or better question, what is a feather? Is it the tail piece?

    I guess it's a hybrid case, kind of a cross between a hard case and a gig bag.

    You can view them here MK cases

    Thanks GVD!

    I was totally lost. Anyway, I like best the hard case.

    I had one of those armored featherweight cases, and it quickly became my favorite. Light, huge gear compartment inside, and a pocket with zipper big enough for your setbook or chord books. Handles and shoulder strap both included. Tough case, but easy to manage. I miss it.
