Welcome to the ISI club. Mine is A4 style from 2005, it just keeps getting sweeter in tone.

Thanks , but in all honesty, this is my second #dance with Eric. I bought a "A" in 2006.
This is a new design for him, I just happened to inquire about a mando like this just as he was developing one.
I wanted a drier tone and quicker decay than my oval hole a was produceing.
I haven't heard this yet(24 more hours) but Eric seems to be "very" pleased.

Wow, ISI MAS!! I could get into that... what I like (among many other things) about Eric is his musician's ear (for those who don't know, he's a legend in Ithaca, can play in any combination on violin and other instruments as necessary) so he really hears what the individual for whom he is building an instrument needs. He isn't afraid of new sounds, either. No interest in copying, just creating. His parlour guitars are a good example -- inspired by small Martins but his own "take" as he says on the
    website
