Anyone know if this recording is out of print or has it been released on CD? I emailed Rounder asking this question, but no response so far. I'm looking for a copy of it. he's one of my favorite musicians.

Hi David,
That is a great record but I don't think it has been reissued. Rounder has though reissued "The First of May" on their Rounder Archive series.

Yeah, I have First of May. Great stuff. listened to it TODAY, the first of May... In process of figuring out Star of Bethlehem, which is pretty easy and a great tune. Trying to get his rolls down that he does and having success on all but the ones w/the pinky.
