    Hi all,

Last night the Classical Music station of the Dutch Radio broadcasted some items (Telemann and Bach) of Sebastiaan de Grebber's solo Mandolin CD Fantasia Romantica.

That in it self is wonderful, but even more great is that our instrument is treated equal to any other instrument; It opens and closes the programme 'AMOROSO' with in between music performed by the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra conducted by Ton Koopman and the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Riccardo Muti. Good company, I would think!

the whole radio programme.</a> (First there is the news, in Dutch, but after c. 2 minutes there is Sebastiaan to listen too)!

    Greetings and enjoy,

    Alex

Thanks, I am just listening to the Bach Fuga - I played this on the guitar long time ago, and also tried it on the mandolin. Sebastiaan plays it very well, and the sound is also very good.
