2nd Annual Jam-N-Bluegrass Festival

Next week is the 2nd Annual Jam-N-Bluegrass festival at the fairgrounds...anyone going? It's Thursday 6/03~Saturday 6/05. I went last year and it was great...Charlie Waller and Country Gentlemen, Lonesome River Band, Al Batten and the Bluegrass Reunion, etc etc.

I'll probably go on Friday this year, because of my schedule. Would rather go Saturday (I think Del McCoury plays Sat.) but my schedule doesn't permit.

They say they've made some improvements for this year...better seating, huge tent to ward off sun (or rain?), picker's tent, band contest etc.

PS: Caught Al Batten and the Bluegrass Reunion about a month ago and it was awesome!! Also Steep Canyon Rangers that night and a few more (Steep Canyon Rangers will be at Jam-N-Bluegrass too, BTW)

Ooooooooooohhhh!! I just re-checked the website, and now I remember why I'm going Friday....Seldom Scene and Del McCoury back to back!! Yeah, baby! (It was Mountain Heart that plays on Saturday)
