I'd like to get the sheet music for an Italian song called "E Vui Durmiti Ancona". #I heard it on the Tony Flores CD and I love this song. #Anyone out there know where I can find it?

    Thanks,
    Ilene

It's ""E vui durmiti ancora", a Sicilian folk song, and there are MIDI files here, here and here. It's not ideal, but if you can't find a proper score, there are lots of shareware programs that will translate MIDI to standard notation.

Paul Hostetter used to play with Tony and is on that CD I believe. Maybe he will chime in here.

All three of the midi sites use the same midi file, as far
    as I can tell.
    Nice arrangement though.

Like Martin said above, you'll need some sort of software.
I have a music program that does it.
    This midi imported with about
~10 staves. Accordions, guitars, bass, violin and piano.
    The violin carries the melody.
A short intro with other instruments, then violin comes
    in.

I have a pdf of the music, contact me offlist and I'll send it to you. It's really a composed Neapolitan song, which is not exactly a folksong. But yet, it is. Gaetano Emmanuele Calì (1882-1932) wrote it in 1916. This one was a big hit for Beniamino Gigli.

I've attached what I came up with from the midi file.
    Mandolin and Guitar parts.
It might not be as accurate as Paul's sheet music.
