    Anyone see the article in Mandolin Magazine about Michael Lampert? Nice shot of him holding his Schwab on the front cover. We should campaign for him, or someone else, to do an electric mando column.

    Not a bad idea. He was the jazz columnist for MQ when there was an MQ. But MM already has a jazz columnist.

    Schweet! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

    Kevin wired the pickup on my fiddle.

    So is this a conscious decision on the part of MM to pay more attention to electrics, or did Michael and Kevin just happen to come up in back-to-back issues?

    If I had to venture a guess, I think Ginny is mixing things up a bit. I also noticed two new columns ("The Luthier's Toolbox" and "A Blast from the Past"). So far it's another excellent issue.
