I think it is just a 70's era Gibson as he kind of states. He just adds a lot of terms to have it show up on other searches.

Built in the 1970's by a quality luther what had access to a Loar -- that information and looking at the colors and the pattern of that sunburst make me think of a luthier in Georgia?

There is not one thing even close to having come from a 70's Gibson F5. Not even in the ballpark. The big scroll, the top arch, back arch, neck heel, headstock, nothing close to a 70's. This is a built from scratch copy. Looks like a Cliff Sargent to me. And I'm not so sure it was built in the 70's either. Looks too new, maybe late 80's or 90's. No holes drilled for a pickguard. For those that have never seen a real Gibson Loar fake this is it! Labels and all!
They should have taken the time to distress it.

He/she had it for a buy now at 3300 UK pounds (not sold, no bids).
Now he/she has it at 2700 UK pounds (no bids).

For that kinda bucks you can get a nice new instrument with a warrantee, fully setup, and free shipping.

At least the seller is honest with the 'copy' listing.
