As a wee tyke, I was a huge fan of the progressive rock band Focus. I was a little surprised to discover they had released an album in late 2006. I just scored my copy and it's yummy. Old timers Thijs van Leer and Pierre van der Linden are there and sound great (if looking a little like excessively happy, slightly scary, slightly senile grandpas).

I detect tremolo on "European Rap(sody)" and suspect mandolin. Anybody with an inside track?

My local music store used to call itself "Focus II" in honor of the album.

Well, thanks, Eugene. I just cheked out the link, and with the picture that came up, I'm not sure if I should be disturbed, or just view that every morning instead of brewing up a cup o' coffee. Yikes!
