    The arlier models had flat boards (mine from early 2005 for example). The more recent models have radiused fingerboards but you may still find some flat ones out there.

    600, 800, and 900 series appear to have radiused necks. The 500's I have seem to be flat.

    All current production seems radiused. Older ones have flat.

    Thanks, y'all. I'm saving my pennies to get a mandovoodooed 505 as my first mandolin.
