Tuning question

Lately, I have had a very difficult time tuning the set of "d" strings. I am using an electronic tuner and still seem to be having a hard time. This has started in the last week or so.

Is it the strings? Should I replace them?
Is the bridge out of place? I checked the intonation at the 12th fret and tuning for the other strings is fine?

We need more information. Can you not get them to the right pitch? Do they go flat too fast? Can you not get both strings to sound the same? What's the problem?

Mr. Stallard is right. More information would help, but in general strings sticking in the nut will cause this problem, apply graphite to the grooves. Also uneven string lengths can cause the problem (chipped nut or saddle).
