    Willie,

I've spoke to someone who purchased his MK Legacy Evolution last year and he told me he payed around US$900 dollars. I would assume that they would be somewhere around that price range.

Don't confuse worth with cost. The same money could go much further with a different mandolin.

    Willie,

I owe you an apology BIG TIME

I answered your thread but Greenmando joggled my memory and reminded me that I wanted to add something else.

The MK evolution that I saw was a pretty good mando and I'm certainly not going to knock it. However for around the same amount of money you could get a Glenn student model. I don't own one (yet) but there have been 2 great Glenn threads that I can think of off the top of my head that could be of interest to you.

I have no financial interest but after reading these threads, I've finally decided to save my penny's for a Glenn as my next mandolin.

I think you will find that the evolution model was discontinued this year so you might be able to find a dealer with a new one in at a great price.
I'm offereng a deal on mine but its not worth shipping a Kelly back to the USA.

Thanks for the comments....I just seen one in a newspaper ad and was wondering what they were like...I already have four playable mandos and when I went on the website at first I didn`t see the Evolution listed....Thanks again....Willie
