I was sitting here cleaning up my computer and put Doc and Dawg in the puter for some backround sounds. #I got on the Cafe and got immersed in a thread at the same time getting immersed in Doc and Dawg. #What fun listening to them trading licks and reading people trading verbal licks, great stuff at the same time. #It don't get much better than this. #

I just want to add a thought. #I used the expression trading licks, that is not exactly accurate. #One of the beauties of Doc's playing are the wonderful bass counter melodies he throws in while playing backup in duets and the like. #Taste, tone, and timing, he's got it all. #And Dawg ain't too shabby either. #Throw in Jack Lawrence on second guitar. #Now that's some music.
