bestler m2 mandolin

i'm looking for the price of a used bestler m2 mandolin. i'm buying my first mandolin and i found a guy that has one but i want to see if its worth that price and even worth getting. i've called around and looked online but nobody seems to know about them. can you help me out?

Pretty low end. I have no idea about how well they play.

Very low end. I borrowed one for a month or so - until I bought my first mando. Sounded decent for a laminate beginner with set up. I think you might do a little better for the money (Kentucky KM150 or something like that). Good luck.
