Have you ever got (took ) on an instrument ? Before i ever knew if I could play a note on one the first mandolin I bought was a roundhole A style Kay. As i knew nothing then that was 4 years ago I paid $365. without case. I since found that mandolin on the net for $ 195. Of course you got to add $ 35 or $40 for shipping but still. I have bought 2 other mandos since then and really got good bargains on them as I knew what to look for. So anyone else with (took ) stories ?

PT Barnum said it best. That's what's good about this site. You have a chance at getting an education before you jump out there. I have made some really good deals and some that I thought were good until I found it a $100 cheaper some where esle. It's always going to happen when I rush into things.
