Tips for playing Jazz on the mandolin
You know what? I'm thinking you might not really want jazz scales, but jazz theory. #The scales alone don't really explain the contaxt and application. www.jazzmando.com is a good start for the context. #My favorite book on the subject is The Jazz Theory Book by Mark Levine. (Instrument agnostic.) There's a lot there, but it puts it all together with examples, examples, examples.
