Can anyone suggest an inexpensive metronome with a "click" or "wooden block" sound that also has the capability for including an accent on at least the one beat?

    Thanks

There's lots of metronome software on the Web, and a lot of it's free. Just Google and try some til you find what you like.

Thanks guys....the Sabine looks like it'll do the accentuated beat, what kind of tone does it give? I don't have a computer at home since I can use the one at work so that type of thing is not an option.

Tony, the tone is ok...not the softest, but not the hardest either. It didn't take me long to get used to it. My other metronome had a softer click, but I've heard much harsher...all in all I think it's a good product.

Try the Korg. It clicks on user set beats or not...
