We have a nice Irish session here in Kassel, but it's not really on your way. It's few hundred kilometers eastward from Bonn. I don't know any Bluegrass people here. Wuppertal is near to Bonn and has also a good Irish Session and in Solingen (also not far from Bonn) is the "New Acoustic Gallery" of Oliver Waitze. He has nice Mandos and is a great Bluegrass and Jazz - Player: http://www.newacousticgallery.com
