Not ever doing the eBay thing, I honestly wouldn't know. However, this guy does have the 99% satisfaction rating and a great history. How does that happen if you're a crook? What's the scam? How do crooks falsify the rating? Couldn't it all be a mistake?
It could always be a stolen id, but he also has an auction for a banjo, and the mandolin pictured in the auction has a label that says F4.
