    Those frets are original? They look huge in the photos, at least.

    Who care if frets are original. They don't do no good if it's not playable but I would have kept the smaller size.

    the seller is also one of the people behind e guitars out near san rafael, ca. his prices tend to be over the top on some things.
    so many mandolins, so little time.

    Seller's math is pretty bad too, unless I slept for 3 years insead of 7 hours last night. The title claims it's a 1905 and the caption says it's 103 years old.

    i would say the peghead is nonoriginal. badly done curlicues on both sides of the top of the peghead. someone worked on this mando but i doubt that it was Gibson.
