Thanks! Clarence was one of my main influences in learning to play the guitar. I'm glad I was around in his heyday - while a lot of guys were trying to emulate the big rock stars of the day I was trying to figure out his solo to Dark Hollow. What a great musician.
The forum looks cool, too. Gotta check that out.

I took guitar lessons from Clarence back in 1961. At the time he was supporting hinself by teaching at a local "folk music" school. Little did I (or anybody else) know what he was destined to become in a few years.
He taught me how to play Wildwood flower.
