I don't but this line:
Shape: Dreadnought
is wrong. It actually looks pretty good.
"It's comparable to playing a cheese slicer."
--M. Stillion
"Bargain instruments are no bargains if you can't play them"
--J. Garber
They are only $560 on Amazon...I guess the Gold Tone isn't the most affordable mandocello.
Wow, I just posted a thread about this. Should have looked here first!
Its not a backwards guitar.
That seems like a really good price, even with laminate back and sides. I wasn't looking for a 'cello at all but the L5 look of this one got me thinking...
As I replied on the other post about this instrument, I'm not sure I believe the 5" depth either. That's yuuuuggge.
Am I just being an annoyingly picky person, or should the people who put instrument specs on their websites, be able to spell "nickel?" Ain't no such thang as "nickle."
Well, they spelled it right further down the page...

I have a local dealer that can order from them. I am trying to get the skinny on what a case costs, as I doubt it comes with one at that price point, and actual delivery date.

No cutaway. Different tail piece. But would not be surprised if they are made in same place.
