    Default Nava Octave Mandolin

    Hi Guys,
Thought that you might like to see a few photos of my latest octave mandolin. At the request of the client, the tailpiece was designed for ball-end strings.
    Cheers Gary

    Nicely done there!
    What is the Scale length?
Bit difficult to see from the photos…. is the top carved arch, induced arch, or "flat" ?

    Glad you like it.
The scale length is 547mm or about 21.5".
I'd call it a flat top- but there is an arch induced by the bracing.
    Thanks for your interest.
    Cheers Gary
