Bummer, that was one of my first books and I've lost it along the way somewhere. Charlie Provenza's arrangement of Whiskey and Dave Peters' Dark Eyes (both in the WW book) can still be found in the "Master Anthology of Mandolin Solos Vol. 1". Third book from the top in the second link you provided.
