    Hi Kevin, workshop was very enjoyable. Nigel had 80 folk there and he handled the whole afternoon so well. We worked on three tunes which he had selected beforehand and had posted the music on his site. They were chosen as they all were written using only single note progressions - no arpeggios - and he began with simple D major scale and developed it all from there. To get 80 people playing together on a variety of instruments and making a very acceptable sound was quite an achievement - I struggle with one guitar pupil quite often!

    Good to meet you again and great reports from a friend who attended the memorial concert, telling me how long it went on for and what a truly remarkable tribute evening it was.

    Catch up some time again, I hope.

    Lovely stuff Kevin. I'm sure Angus would be mighty pleased. He probably has the angels learning the waltz on the harp right now!!!
