    I'm looking for some printable vine and leaf patterns if anyone knows of a site that has them. Thanks

    The first Siminoff book in the 3-ring binder had some interesting vine and leaf inlays that you could Xerox....

    DePaule Supply has patterns you can print out. I don't Know if they have what you would want.They have a ring vine inlay for mandolins. I used the fingerboard inlay on one of my mandolins but the peghead inlay wouldn't fit around the tuner bushings. It ended up on a banjo. Anyway it might be worth a look.
