Full disclosure - I probably messed up the coupon code on checkout of my recent order during their tax sale. I wrote S&B acknowledging as much, but asking if there was anything they could do. My expectations were low, but nothing ventured...

Low and behold, as soon as they turned on the lights this morning, Jen sends an updated invoice and refunds the discount!

I just had good service and fantastic price with Strings By Mail. Fast delivery and got the hand note also with them. I've heard good things about Just Strings but they were a bit higher priced. Since Strings And Beyond is a sponsor here, I will try them next time.

I tried to order through my local Mom and Pop shop and wanted to support them even though it would be a few bucks more. The truth is, they viewed my order as more of a nuisance since they dont normally stock them and have to order them. So from now on, I'm ordering online.
