    Default Amp set up

    Hi

I am playing in a Swing Jazz band which includes a drum. As a result I am playing through a mixing desk using an AT 831B Clip-on Mic. What settings do you recommend in terms of Treble, Middle and Bass etc.? I am pretty new to this as I have mostly played acoustic so far. I play a Capek A4 btw.
    Thanks.

Start flat and adjust from there. Without hearing you in context and in the venue, it is impossible to say.

Every time I play acoustic through an amp and/or PA, I always start flat then adjust.

Dead rooms , carpet drapes Etc. eat treble so where you play changes things, too.

Hard to tell the out in front sound without being there..

I have friends which have a Wireless set , for 1 player ..

so can play and walk out in front to hear their sound produced, that way.
