Post Peterson Level 1 Octave Mandolin ---bridge

    Hi forum friends,

does anyone know if the bridge on a peterson level 1 octave
mandolin is removeable ? The action is high, and while changing
the strings it would be a good time to lower it.

    Thanks,

    leod.

Yes, the bridge can be removed once you sufficiently reduce the tension on the strings (i.e. detune significantly or remove the strings).

I'd check the neck first. If it's bending, adjusting the bridge is a losing battle.
