And finally, so here is a video of solo mandolin (and not of guitar)!
The beautiful musical theme from soundtrack of the namesake film, composed by Nino Rota, in my arrangement for solo mandolin.

Nice job!
Yes. Great performance . Just began working on this one also . I am watching and listening to others and than blending elements of their integrations . And , trying to create my own personal arrangement to self satisfy myself for a passable and exceptable interpretation . Of course it can only be refined over time . Definitely a great memorable tune .
Is the non-tremolo part overdubbed, or did you achieve a contrapuntal effect while playing tremolo? Great technique!
avaldes, if you pay close attention to his left hand you can tell he is playing all of this at the same time. It is what come call "duo effect". Giuseppe does it very well on mandolin and classical guitar.

Nice, thanks!
I do just the melody line, with a guitar friend. You have inspired me to work out an arrangement like that. Be the whole orchestra. Very nice.
Good job! I'm so glad to get to see your technique with the mandolin. The duo technique is very effective and you inspire me to work more on it.
Thanks. I look forward to more mandolin videos.

Excellent. We know you can play the guitar accompaniment also, so how about a sound on sound version with you playing both instruments.
My attempt now sleeps with the fishes. Excellent, as always!
Great job! Really like the duo effect (had not known that what it was called), and have already suggested to my instructor that we work on that at some point. bb
Fantastic! Thanks for posting it
Bravo, Giuseppe!
You are a gifted musician and I look forward to more mandolin music played on your unique instrument.
