Default Lochaber No More and Haughton House

I posted versions of these when I had been playing about 6 months. Now I have been playing almost two years. Hope there is some improvement.

Well done Alf! Lochaber no more (Cha Till Mor Mo Bhean ) aka Eddie Sheehy's avatar Marbhna Luimni Lament for Limerick
notoriously difficult to play any slow air and get the timing right. Listen to Sharon Shannon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ng6021S4HKE

That J Bovier really sounds good. It answers the question asked in a previous thread "What is a Celtic mandolin?"

So a Celtic mandolin is just a mandolin that is used for Celtic music?

Yes -- the same way a fiddle is just a violin that's used to play fiddle tunes. It's in the way the music is played that makes it a "Celtic mandolin" or a "bluegrass fiddle."
