    I am working on a tenor mandola design with Don Kawalek. Once the kit is designed and ready, I am going to build it from there.

    I'm making a vielle, almost finished, a fretted three string pre-violin. It's the precursor to the mandolin, 15" scale. Sorry, no pics as I've had a recent digital failure rate.

    I can play violin in my lap but not under my chin, and when I saw one of these bowed dulcimers on the internet, I went for it.
