Nice interpretation! - mandolin sounds great too.
I use mine all the time - has all the essentials - lightweight, big sound, XLR and 1/4 inch inputs, phantom power, nice on-board reverb, effects loop, durable. There's lots of other amp options out...
With a 17-inch scale length and carved top, I'd also be interested if anyone has tried one of these.
Here's a link to a page that seems to have the correct specs.

Here's one I commissioned from Roger Skipper in Maryland. I think it's a 20.5" scale length. Beautiful, responsive instrument and a great guy to work with....

OK - I'll try to record something this weekend. I was trying to wait on a new laptop so I could do a youtube video but I'll at least record some audio. I think you'd enjoy working with Roger.
Love the piece for left hand alone.
Roger Skipper is a luthier that should be better known.

Yes - It is in standard tuning. I think Lutz spruce comes from British Columbia and is sort of a Sitka and Englemann Hybrid that is supposed to be good for light fingerstyle as well as able to handle...
Hi -
Thought I'd share some pics of my new GBOM from Roger Skipper.
I had a hard time deciding between an arched top OM and a flat-top guitar bodied OM. Roger really knows how to make a guitar...

I just ordered a K&K Twin Spot internal for mine - gonna play it through a Zoom A2. Looking forward to it. I too have found tenor a great "cross training" tool for mandolin - which seems much easier...
