    Breedloves are always a good option at a reasonable price. You can usually find used OF's for around $700-$800. I'm always amazed at the volume they have.

    See, if it smelled like a GOOD cigar, I could live with that and just chalk it up to mojo or whatever. But from the scent, it's almost definitely a gas station cigar. My guess would be some variety...

    The case is pretty well chonked too, but it's not a great case anyway, so I figure that if some sunshine and fresh air doesn't get the smell out of the case, it won't be a big loss if it has to be...

    Just bought a used Gibson F5G and got a good deal on it. The problem is that it reeks of cigar smoke (and I don't smoke). I mean you can hardly get within 5 feet of the instrument without smelling...

    I've been looking for a good luthier since moving back to NoVa over 3 years ago, and have had no luck at all. It's amazingly frustrating.
