    The OM from Thomann link is APC M305, they do like to slap their sticker on everything they can.

    you can always work with your left hand
    you can slowly work with strocking the strings with your forefinger.

    I did something like that on Buchannan bouzouki
    I was trying to get used to scale and switching from tenor banjo.
    IHMO instrument lost a lot out of it's volume.
