    Southwest makes it a little easier. I would also add that it's good to have some type of case humidifier since it's like desert air during the flight. Oh, and a Travelite case works nicely.

    Sounds like you need to rest. +1 on what SincereCorgi said and you might want to have your setup checked. You shouldn't have to use a lot of force to play and the pain could be from overexertion.
