Re: Eastman E20D guitar, rosewood back and sides.

FYI, I called and spoke to the Eastman manager in Pomona (I forget his name), he confirmed that the tuners are private label, made by Gotoh. Compare them side-by-side, only difference is the missing...

Re: Strange side-effects of mandolin playing...

No need for thick clunky callus. File them down every couple of weeks with a rough nail file. It gets rid of grooves and those annoying little flaky bits, and gives a better feel for where you are on...

Thanks! I didn't even realize there was a section for Teachers in the Classifieds. I just did a quick once-thru and there are at least 8 teachers offering lessons on Skype. DS & Robert, I will...

I stopped in there the last time I was in Phoenix, didn't realize you need a reservation to get in! Next time maybe, but seems a strange way to run a music store.

Re: Dunlop Tri Stubby picks vs. V Picks

I'm new here, but lot's of guitar experience. With the Big Stubby, the chirp is caused by a rough edge. The best way to smooth and shape the edge is with nail files. Use several grades,...

Re: Best acoustic electric mandolin for the money
